I am a vegan girl from Austria, so English is not my mothertongue and I might make some mistakes when writing in English..
Otherwise I have an open mind and try to live a life without exploiting other beings because I think in the Western World we should finally realize that nearly everything we do has horrible consequences for others who aren’t that lucky to be born and raised in Europe.
In Austra racism is everywhere because people are afraid of foreigners or whatever, I really can’t understand that and I am furious about it. I don’t think that our generation has to apologize for the things that happend in the 40’s but we shouldn’t forget how this could happen neither. We all live on the same planet and nobody is worth more or less than another especially not because of nationality, race or gender.
I am vegan because… Yeah actually because I am informed about what is happening. The meat industry is responsible for so much pollution and suffering that I just can’t support that anymore. However I also think that vegans shouldn’t judge others for their choice of living because until a certain point most of us were the same with the same ignorant arguments against veganism and maybe we can convince more people if we inform instead of judge others.
